The hotel location is very convenient, with a playground for kids and excellent food. Most of the staff is professional with excellent hospitality. the room is spacious with modern amenities and comfortable beds. the bathroom is clean with enough toiletries. the breakfast is delicious with a variety of options.
The lady at the reception was not very nice and ignored us for half an hour upon arrival.

Food was really good and there was a playground for kids which was great. the location was convenient and close to our meeting.
I had a disappointing experience with the receptionist upon arrival. She ignored us for half an hour and didn't acknowledge our presence.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the really good food offered by the establishment. We also appreciated the onsite playground, which added a kid-friendly touch to the atmosphere. the majority of the staff was polite and professional, making for an overall comfortable stay.
One negative aspect was the poor customer service we received upon arrival. Despite a 12-hour drive and two small children to take care of, the lady at reception ignored us for half an hour.
